Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the goods.
